Job Summary

As a Group Procurement Intern, you will support the team in managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and process improvements. This role offers hands-on exposure to procurement operations and the opportunity to learn how a large organization manages spending, negotiations, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing activities, including gathering quotations and comparing supplier options.
  • Support the preparation and updating of procurement documents, reports, and data trackers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand their requirements and facilitate the procurement process
  • Help coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, documentation, and basic inquiries.
  • Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions and ensuring completeness of information.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and administrative support as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement activities

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data entry.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
