Roles and Responsibilities (Production Control)

• Assist in WIP management to improve workflow efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
• Support manpower allocation efforts to enhance productivity within the team.
• Participate in training activities to improve shift deployment flexibility and adaptability.
• Collaborate with specialists to gather feedback, understand operational challenges, and suggest areas for improvement.
• Observe and report potential human error issues in the fab, contributing to corrective/preventive action planning.
• Track and present key production indices in module meetings, helping to highlight priorities for the Engineering team.
• Assist in troubleshooting line-related and preventive maintenance concerns while gaining exposure to equipment capacity/constraint challenges.
• Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at process optimization, yield improvement, or cost reduction initiatives.
• Support documentation efforts by maintaining accurate records, updating procedural manuals, and ensuring data integrity for operational processes.
• Help develop reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes, key insights, and improvement suggestions.
• Promote safety, discipline, and housekeeping compliance within the work area, fostering a well-organized and structured environment.
