Ensure the attendance to York product testing and commissioning and response to all related activities in a timely manner.
Ensure testing & commissioning and all its related activities are carried out accordingly to proper procedure and completed in timely at highest quality within the scheduled time frame.
Ensure high quality of engineering solutions is provided to customer.
Ensure all warranty jobs and all related activities such as warranty parts claim to be act in a timely and promptly manner.
Identify and provide training to field service personnel whenever necessary.
Responsible for updating field service personnel with the latest technical information especially for York chillers.
Identify and develop procedures of carrying out service task by generating Work Instructions.
Responsible for daily in-out record for all tools. 9. To evaluate and analyze reliability of tools.
What We Look For
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
