Job Summary
- Work closely with Program Manager in day-to-day project activities (multiple projects) including issues tracking, following up on the action's items with the respective team/ stakeholders and other project administration related tasks.
- Assisting with coordination of project activities including meeting arrangement with internal and external parties.
- Assisting in preparing project updates deck and other project related reporting.
- Participate in project working committee meeting and discussion and to assist in preparing the summary or minutes of meeting.
- Participate in project activities based on the project stage – Requirements Gathering, Analyst & Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation.
- Support functional/technical testing, front end application and back-end application testing.
Job Requirement
- Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Financial Technology, or an equivalent field
- Capable of performing tasks independently while receiving general oversight
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
