Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our property development marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, coordinating marketing events, and managing digital marketing content across various platforms. The intern will gain hands-on experience in property marketing, market research, competitor analysis, and project branding, while working closely with the team to support the promotion of our property developments and township projects.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist team where necessary to plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to deliver sales target.
• To assist team to carry out market research and competitor analysis to supplement business decisions.
• To assist the team to conduct target market analysis and leads profile to supplement business decisions.
• To coordinate inter/intra-department and external work flow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/International Business or equivalent.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Minimum 12 weeks of internship duration.
