Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular on-site safety inspections and ESG data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents or near misses and track the completion of corrective actions.
- Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze ESG and SHE data to improve reporting trends and operational performance.
- Policy & Systems: Assist in updating safety procedures and management plans for continuous improvement.
- Risk Mitigation: Support risk identification and enforcement of company safety policies and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with different departments and ESG PICs to resolve audit findings and promote safety awareness.
- General Support: Prepare SHE-related reports, minutes of meetings, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
⦁ Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
⦁ Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
⦁ Minimum 24 weeks of internship duration.

Skills & Abilities
⦁ Have basic knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health and Environment.
⦁ Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
⦁ Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Able to work in a team
