Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Intern Quality Dept

  • Interact with cross-functional groups of buyers, engineers, and logistics for daily calibration activities.
  • Follow up with internal/ external suppliers on equipment calibration.
  • Follow up and update external laboratory accreditation.
  • Schedule, coordinate and updates equipment calibration activities
  • House-keeping equipment profile in Cumulus (Project)
  • Establish an electronic copy of the Incoming inspection form
  • Involved in MRB defective part disposition activities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 application
  • Possess good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Creative and energetic self-starter who can take the initiative work in collaboration with others

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good team player
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system
  • Ability to design and implement efficient production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in project management and budgeting.
