Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly sales productivity, wealth lending product participation, wealth client penetration, campaign tracking and portfolio growth to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.
• Help the sales leaders in providing data, feedback and development tools to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• To ensure pipeline and sales tracking is updated.
• Analyze portfolio management framework to increase product holdings.
• Develop slides for weekly sales team and product meeting, credit roundtable meeting, RWM MC meeting etc.
• Support Wealth Lending Solutions Specialist Team and Product Management Team.
• Perform duties as and when assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Preferably undergraduate/ graduate in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or relevant field.
• Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent.
• Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks)
• Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities.
• Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment.
• Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
