What would you do
To support the registration in systems upon agreement completion across all sectors and channels
To perform data entry work
Monitor and update service requests to ensure alignment with agreements, standards, policies, and procedures
Escalate issues and discrepancies to relevant internal or external stakeholders promptly for resolution
Update commission settings in system based on confirmations from business units and Finance
Monitoring of recycled batch through the system and tracker
Maintain and communicate updated master listings to internal stakeholders
Who should join us
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / Administration / Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pro-Active & creative
Fast Leaner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
