INTERN | Strategy Team (Paid Internship)

Join REV Media Group's Strategy Team and get hands-on exposure to how ideas, audience insights, content, media and data come together to solve real client challenges.

• Support the development of content, media and campaign solutions for client briefs.
• Conduct research on audiences, brands, competitors, social trends and cultural conversations.
• Assist with brainstorming, proposal development and presentation decks.
• Compile campaign results, key learnings and examples for case studies and reporting.
• Maintain and organise campaign, content and sales-related data in internal trackers.
• Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Sponsored Content and Audience/Data.
• Support ad-hoc Strategy team initiatives and internal projects.

• How client briefs are turned into strategic ideas and media solutions.
• The fundamentals of digital media, content marketing and branded content.
• How audience insights and data are used to shape recommendations.
• How proposals, presentations and campaign case studies are developed.
• Practical use of Generative AI, Google Slides and Google Sheets.
• Communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.

• Curious about media, advertising, content, brands and social media.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Basic analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working with different people and teams.
• Open to feedback and willing to improve.

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Comfortable using Google Slides and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience is not required — we're more interested in your curiosity, attitude and willingness to learn.
