Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking for a People-Oriented & Creative HR to grow with Generali Insurance Malaysia! In this role, you will develop a keen understanding of People to profile & hire Talents for the organization and supporting branding activities to improve the positioning & outreach of Generali! You'll be the brand ambassador of our corporate culture, serving as a connector between teams, departments and people.

Main Responsibility

Employer Branding

  • To understand Generali Malaysia culture/identity and identify areas of improvement.
  • To contribute to the planning and execution of HR campaigns and initiatives.
  • To assist in developing strategies, creating campaign materials, coordinating events, and tracking campaign performance.
  • To support the development and distribution of internal newsletters, intranet articles, and other internal communication channels.
  • To support the management of social media accounts dedicated to employer branding- plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Recruitment

  • Plan & be hands-on for Talent Attraction & Employer Branding (Job Portals, School Ads & Job Fairs, social media, Outreach Initiatives etc.) initiatives.
  • Creative in expanding the company's presence & outreach to develop a talent pipeline for the organization's growth.
  • Be the representative of the brand & culture to external applicants and share further about the career scope and growth opportunities.
  • Manage Contract offers and on-boarding of new hires.
  • Hire & drive expansion for the company.
  • Contribute/plan internal organisation events such as annual company D&D, Funday, CSR and workshop.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

  • Preferably Degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Business/Management/Mass Communication or related field.
  • Persevere in work which challenges themselves.
  • Energetic attitude and possess strong initiative.
  • Passion to contribute and positively impact the organization.
  • Great team player who enjoys fun at work!

Compliance (this is compulsory section)

Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Generali policies and procedures.

Information Security (IS):

Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.

  • Perform risk analysis to determine risk and potential business impacts.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Information System Security Manager on all Information System Security activities within department.
  • Ensure compliance on Information System Security standards and Information System Security guidelines are adhere to within department.

Data Privacy:

Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and regulations, policies, standards, process and procedures implemented by the Company at all times.
