Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, talent sourcing, and employer branding (campus recruitment) within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (internal and external).
- Review, screen, and qualify resumes against job requirements.
- Support the TA team in proactive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Candidate Management:
- Schedule interviews and manage correspondence with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records accurately
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Administrative & Projects:
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating and participating in career fairs and campus events.
- Support ad-hoc HR and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
Recruitment Operations Support
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, including room bookings and virtual meeting setup.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and documentation standards.
Talent Branding & Engagement
- Assist in Campus Recruitment engagement activities
- Research and identify new methods for attracting top talent.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
