The Talent Acquisition Intern provides operational and coordination support across recruitment, employer branding, and university outreach initiatives. This role supports end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, including recruitment events, campus engagement, candidate coordination, and administrative support. The intern also plays a critical role in supporting team capacity during peak hiring periods or unforeseen resourcing gaps, ensuring recruitment activities continue smoothly and efficiently
What You'll Be Doing -
Employer Branding, Engagement & Recruitment Events
- Provide coordination and on-ground support for career fairs, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with event logistics, communications, vendor liaison, and preparation of materials.
- Support post-event activities, including candidate follow-ups and reporting.
University Outreach & Talent Pipeline Development
- Coordinate campus recruitment activities, internship pipelines, and university collaborations.
- Support candidate communications, interview scheduling, and documentation for student and graduate hiring.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with universities, career centres, and student bodies.
Recruitment Operations Support
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
Operational Coverage & Capacity Support
- Provide additional operational support during peak hiring periods, including large-scale recruitment drives, project ramp-ups, graduate hiring, and internship intakes.
- Support continuity of recruitment operations during team capacity gaps caused by resignations or unplanned attrition.
Administrative Support
- Support ad-hoc administrative and project tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
About you:
- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced working environment.
- Demonstrate fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Internship duration: minimum commitment of 3 months.
