Job Description

The Intern - Talent Acquisition at Solarvest will assist the HR team in the recruitment process, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition while contributing to our mission of building a team committed to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications
  • Conduct preliminary screening of candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and candidate assessments
  • Help maintain candidate tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate records of applicants and progress
  • Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in organizing and attending recruitment events and career fairs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset
  • Prior internship experience or involvement in recruitment-related activities is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
