The
Intern - Talent Acquisition at Solarvest will assist the HR team in the recruitment process, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition while contributing to our mission of building a team committed to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications
- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and candidate assessments
- Help maintain candidate tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate records of applicants and progress
- Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Participate in organizing and attending recruitment events and career fairs
- Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset
- Prior internship experience or involvement in recruitment-related activities is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
