Position Responsibilities
Talent Development
- To support the Talent Management & Development Team with the end-to-end of Training Program Coordination from planning, scheduling to communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Involved in the upkeeping & enhancement of training records and data management.
- To compile & analyze data related to training & development activities.
- To support in the development & improvement of onboarding programs for new joiners.
- Act as liaison between employees and the Talent Management & Development team for any training related enquiries.
- To participate in any cross-functional projects to support organizational goals.
- To assist Talent Management & Development Team on any key projects at the HQ level.
- To assist in the Research Findings for Talent Management & Development.
- To engage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for any administrative related matters.

Qualification & Experiences
- Currently enrolled in relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resource, Organizational Development, Business Administration).
- Active in extra curriculum with strong skills in project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for Talent Management/Talent Development and keen interest in staging updates on industry trends.
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, project management & time-management skills.
- Valuable team player & able to work independently.
- Able to collect, analyze & interpret data.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English & Malay.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
