We are offering internship opportunities within our Talent team, ideal for students who are passionate about creating great employee experiences and learning how HR works behind the scenes. You'll be placed in one of three specialized tracks based on your interests and strengths:

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding sessions and assist with offboarding tasks, including resignation documentation and leave balance calculations;
• Learn and document the full employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement;
• Support payroll processes such as invoice handling, freelance salary coordination, and year-end tax form preparation;
• Manage employee insurance enrolments across multiple countries and assist with claims and cash advance processing;
• Prepare employment verification letters and support vendor registration in internal systems;
• Assist in preparing and issuing employee confirmation letters and tracking non-confirmations;
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by organizing workflows and supporting data collection for onboarding and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Interest in people operations and workplace culture;
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
