Job Responsibilities
Part 1 Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
- Assist to attend the service tickets
- Assist in responding to superior maintenance requests.
- Assist in solving issues related hands on work
- Assist to diagnose, troubleshooting and critical thinking in solving issues
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting M&E systems, equipment, and civil work issues.
- Help with routine maintenance and repair tasks.
- Support outlet staff by addressing technical issues.
Part 2 Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
- Help inspect systems to identify potential problems early
- Assist in preparing tools, materials, and equipment for tasks
- Monitor emergency situations and report to senior technicians.
- Maintain and organize service logs and reports.

Job Competencies / Requirements
Qualification
- Enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or SKM Tahap 3 in electrical engineering or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of HVAC, M&E systems, and civil work (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and interest in troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
