What would you do

Provide daily operational and administration support to the department including performing a large-scale data cleaning, validation, and standardisation across internal systems.

Backfill data by coordinating with internal teams, customers, and/or external partners via email, calls, or forms.

Maintain accurate data tracking logs and status reports for audit and migration readiness.

Support system migration activities, including data extraction, testing, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.

Conduct spot checks and quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Assist in ensuring division adherence to compliance and risk management policies and procedures.

Liaise with audit team and department stakeholders for delivery of audit action items.

Support department with roadshow planning and sales stock management by liaising with key stakeholders and coordinating the deliverables.

Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties.

Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required.

Who should join us

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.

Competencies and Skills

Possess good interpersonal skills

Good organization skills and time management

Possess an attitude of attention to details.

Self-motivated, independent and able to multi-task and handle multiple tasks effectively

Good command of written and spoken Malay and English

Well-verse in Microsoft Office application including Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
