We have an exciting internship opportunity within Investment Operations – Transformation Analyst team, to support the Transformation Analyst in driving process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and system migration activities, particularly related to ePAM and other transformation workstreams within TOM Fund Accounting.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Transformation Analyst in implementing process improvement initiatives across Fund Accounting operations.
- Identify and document manual processes that can be enhanced or automated.
- Support ePAM migration activities, including data preparation, testing, tracking issues, and documentation.
- Liaise with other units and stakeholders within the department to resolve issues related to ePAM migration and other transformation projects.
- Assist in project coordination tasks, including updates from weekly calls, action tracking, and follow-ups on migration workstreams.
- Provide support for ad-hoc tasks related to TOM Fund Accounting transformation initiatives as required.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic working knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and/or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to multitask and work in a project-based and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of process automation, digital transformation, or system implementation is an advantage.
- Able to complete a minimum of 6 months internship.
