Intern – Warehouse & Spare Parts

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and storing spare parts.
• Assist in picking, packing, and issuing spare parts according to requests.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
• Assist in arranging and organizing spare parts according to designated locations.
• Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock items.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to warehouse and spare parts activities.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Automotive, or related fields.
• Final-year students are encouraged to apply, with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and business requirements.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a warehouse environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and has a positive attitude.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
