Your new role
- As an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, you will develop audit programs aligned with scope objectives and prepare papers that support findings in line with audit standards.
- You will draft audit reports and presentation materials for Management and Audit Committee review.
- You will also perform data analytics to identify trends or anomalies and summarise findings clearly.
- You are responsible for recommending practical and value-adding solutions to address control gaps and drive efficiency; secure management buy-in.
- You will conduct whistleblowing and ad-hoc investigations; prepare detailed reports.
- You are expected to follow up on past audit recommendations and draft review updates.
- You will supervise fieldwork and provide guidance to junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of internal audit experience (manufacturing/FMCG/logistics, automotive, and pharma background is an advantage).
- Strong English communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and data analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
