Job Summary

Responsible for conducting financial, operational and compliance audits across the Group, supporting business performance analysis, and preparing management reports to facilitate effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit

Plan and conduct financial, operational and compliance audits across the Group, including overseas subsidiaries.
Conduct audits mandated by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) for Early Childhood Anchor Operators (AOPs) and Childcare Partner Operators (C-POPs).
Analyse audit findings, identify potential risks and control weaknesses, and recommend practical improvements.
Prepare audit working papers and reports, including recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct special investigations as requested by the Board or Audit Committee.

Business Analysis & Reporting

Support the preparation, consolidation and presentation of management reports for Management and the Boards.
Analyse business unit performance and assess project viability to support business planning and decision-making.
Provide relevant findings and recommendations to support effective business decisions.
Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, compliance or business analysis.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to identify risks, discrepancies and control weaknesses.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear audit reports and present findings.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different business units.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CIA would be an advantage.
