Job Description:

Responsible for creating and broadcasting internal communications content through the most effective channels
Write effective communications materials to keep employees up to date with important news and updates
Ensure all messages are being consistent and reflects the company branding and values
Collectively contribute creative ideas with research and target market's conditions
Edit and revise content and timeline as necessary according to the changes needed
Cultivate strong personal relationships and partnerships throughout the stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any majors
Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented person
Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
