Here Is What The Job Entails

As our Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the full sales process from handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations to ensuring accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and smooth collection.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Preparing quotations and processing sales orders using CRM and ERP systems
  • Coordinating order fulfillment to ensure smooth delivery
  • Securing order accuracy, compliance, and proactively resolving discrepancies

With a direct reference to our Internal Sales & Administration Manager, you will become a part of our global Sales & Marketing area. More specifically, you will join a collaborative team of 16 in the Kamstrup APAC office. Our team celebrates wins together, and we have each other's backs when things get tough. You will become a vital part of a group that roots for your success as much as our own.

Less About Us, More About You

We are looking for an Internal Sales who always put the customer first by being proactive and having an eye for the detail.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Bring 2-4 years of experience within internal sales or sales support, preferably in a technical or utility-related industry
  • Are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and have strong MS Office skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written form
  • Are customer-focused and bring a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
