About the Role

The International Growth & Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving PostCo's international revenue growth.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, sales, and product. You'll be responsible for generating pipeline across international markets, activating smaller EU regions, and supporting revenue expansion across Australia, the UK, and the US.

You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to launch growth initiatives, qualify opportunities, and build scalable systems that help us consistently reach and convert more brands.

You should be comfortable experimenting, breaking things, fixing them, and learning fast. Bonus if you've built automations, outbound systems, or AI workflows using tools like n8n.

What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting across international markets to generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities
  • Test and scale growth and sales channels including outbound, inbound, SEO, events, paid ads, and search across 20+ markets
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and support opportunities through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Work closely with your manager to support deal progression and closing
  • Execute and manage automation projects to scale lead generation and outreach (e.g. using tools like n8n)
  • Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact of growth initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify gaps, iterate on messaging, and improve performance
  • Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to execute go-to-market initiatives
  • Continuously test and implement new tools, systems, and processes to support scalable revenue growth

What We're Looking For

12 years of experience in sales, growth, partnerships, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Strong execution mindset - you take ideas from concept to live quickly

Analytical and structured thinker, able to turn data into action

Curious, resourceful, and motivated to grow into a revenue-owning role

The annual salary range for this role is MYR 60,000 MYR 100,000 inclusive of base salary, sales commissions/bonuses. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and career level.
