Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Templer Park International School. The executive will be responsible for managing student and staff visa applications, handling immigration-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing timely support to parents, students, and internal teams. The role requires clear communication with government authorities and stakeholders while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, or a related field

Strong knowledge of visa processes and immigration regulations

Experience handling immigration matters, preferably within an educational environment

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

High attention to detail with a well-organized and systematic approach

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience in the international education sector is an added advantage
