Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Student Recruitment Specialist located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The International Student Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, conducting information sessions, and building relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. The role involves representing the university at various events, managing the admissions process for international students, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment, marketing, and relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms
• Knowledge of the higher education sector and international admissions processes
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or related field
• Previous experience working in a university or educational institution is a plus
