Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The intern will assist with daily operations, contribute to recruitment processes by sourcing and shortlisting candidates, and provide administrative support. Key responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients and candidates, managing documentation, conducting research, and supporting projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other related software tools
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional languages being a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of recruitment and payroll processes is an advantage but not required
