Job Summary
The Intern, Authority Liaison will support the Authority Liaison Unit in coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, administrative tasks, and communications with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. This internship provides valuable exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, event support, and data administration within a dynamic project environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Track submissions and monitor progress with relevant authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain and update stakeholder databases and engagement records.
- Assist in organising meetings, site visits, events, and stakeholder engagement programmes.
- Support data analysis and ensure stakeholder feedback is communicated to the relevant teams.
- Perform administrative duties and collaborate with project teams on assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Interest in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or government relations is an added advantage.
