As a Business Development Intern at The Moving Image Sdn Bhd, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
Sales Development: Contact and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products/services.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close sales deals to achieve revenue objectives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Continuously explore new markets and business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
