Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock.
Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to orders.
Support documentation management, including maintaining receiving and shipping records, assisting with the preparation and filing of delivery notes, invoices, and inventory logs and updating warehouse databases and spreadsheets with accurate information.
Participate in stock audits and regular cycle counts.
Help ensure compliance with warehouse safety and organizational procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with handling paperwork.
Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
