Internship, E-commerce (Kota Damansara)

As our E-commerce Intern, you will get direct, hands-on experience in the exciting world of online marketplaces. You will work closely with our marketing team to manage our official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, helping to grow our sales, engage with our community, and contribute to major online campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing and updating product listings, prices, and stock levels on Shopee Seller Centre and Lazada Seller Center.
• Help create and schedule engaging content for our social media, with a special focus on creating videos for TikTok Shop.
• Support the team in planning and executing platform-specific campaigns (e.g., 9.9 Sale, Payday promotions).
• Assist in decorating the storefronts on Shopee and Lazada to attract customers.
• Monitor customer reviews and chats to provide excellent service.
• Conduct basic research on top-selling products and competitor strategies on these platforms.
  
  

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong interest in e-commerce and a passion for online shopping.
• An active user and familiar with the Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok apps.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and very eager to learn.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
