Job Scope:
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT). UAT is the final phase of the software/ system testing process, where actual users test the software/ system to ensure it meets the needs and requirements before goes live. Key responsibilities include test planning, execution of tests, log and track defects or issues identified during testing
- Perform market insights that may involve analysis of data and trends to understand market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning. Key responsibilities include data collection, market research, performance tracking & competitor analysis
- Involve in staff engagement related activities
- Other task(s) to be assigned, where applicable
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields with minimum current CGPA of 3.0
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
