Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing quotations and preparing activity proposals.
  • Support in creating marketing collateral for staff activities.
  • Help execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in compiling event reports and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Highly interested in people engagement and interaction.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web applications.
