Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle invoicing and billing accurately with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate deliveries for resellers and clients, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) for data reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Assist with government-related licensing applications and renewals.
  • Support staff claim processing and assist in staff commission calculations.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties and support cross-departmental operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, resellers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
