Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist Site Engineer and Project Team in daily construction activities
  • Support supervision of site works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Assist in site inspections, measurements and monitoring work progress
  • Help prepare daily site reports and documentation
  • Assist in checking materials delivery and site records
  • Participate in site meetings and coordination activities
  • Support preparation of method statements, shop drawings and technical submissions
  • Learn construction methods, site coordination and safety practices
  • Assist in maintaining site documentation and filing system
  • Follow safety rules and guidelines at all times
  • Learn to collaborate with team members across disciplines

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Internship period: minimum 3â6 months
  • Able to read basic construction drawings (added advantage)
  • Willing to be based at construction site
  • Basic knowledge of construction principles and site work
  • Positive attitude, responsible and eager to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
