YOUR TASKS

. Help with day-to-day tasks like responding to customer inquiries, updating trackers, and assisting with admin tasks.

. Work together with the Supervisors on process improvement or automation.

YOUR PROFILE

. Strong written and verbal English proficiency with the ability to draft clear responses.

. Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

. Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
