Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the team with the recruitment process, such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conducting a high volume of reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
  • Work closely with the superior to provide administrative support, such as daily reports, recruitment trackers, attendance trackers, etc.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prefer Mandarin Speaker Candidate due to Market Audience being more Mandarin Speaker.
  • At least 3 months internship duration.
  • Must have a laptop or PC.
