Assist the team with the recruitment process, such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Conducting a high volume of reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
Work closely with the superior to provide administrative support, such as daily reports, recruitment trackers, attendance trackers, etc.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Prefer Mandarin Speaker Candidate due to Market Audience being more Mandarin Speaker.
