How will you benefit
Gain a holistic understanding of the operations of human resources function by supporting in day-to-day HR operations, including:
- Support in recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and handle pre-employment documentation.
- Assist in payroll process and HRIS matters, including OT calculations and maintaining accuracy of employee record and database in HRIS & Personal file.
- Handle routine task such as documentation filling, data entry and documentation checking.
- Learn and understand the process for HR Operations and support in any ad hoc task assigned.
This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and BM.
- Able to maintain private and confidential matters at all times.
- Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
- Meticulous with keen attention to details, and likes to work with data.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
- Have own transport and willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
