Job Responsibility
Job Purpose
To support the marketing and branding team in producing engaging visual and video content for social media, digital platforms, and internal use, while gaining hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation
- Assist in creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
- Support photo shoots and video shoots, including behind-the-scenes content, short clips, and reels.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and stay updated on current trends with the marketing team.
- Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other platforms.
- Perform basic video editing tasks such as cutting, transitions, subtitles, music, and effects.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Graphic Design
- Design simple visuals such as posters, banners, social media posts, and thumbnails.
- Assist in layout design for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all designs follow company branding and guidelines.
- Content Planning & Support
- Assist in preparing content calendars.
- Organize and manage digital assets (photos, videos, and design files).
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Administrative & Team Support
- Receive feedback positively and revise content when required.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to marketing and creative projects.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of visual storytelling and design.
- Basic understanding of video formats, transitions, audio editing, and subtitles.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible attitude.
