Job Description
MakersLab Activities
- Support prototyping and development of innovative solutions using design thinking methodologies
- Assist in planning and executing maker sessions, workshops, and innovation sprints
- Contribute to research on emerging technologies and their practical applications
- Help maintain and organize MakersLab equipment, tools, and materials
- Document project progress, learnings, and best practices
Autonomous Vehicles Operations
- Assist in the planning and coordination of autonomous vehicle testing programs
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for AV operational metrics
- Participate in safety protocol reviews and operational procedure documentation
- Contribute to stakeholder communications and program updates
- Help coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, operations, and program teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with diverse teams across engineering, design, operations, and program management
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Support internal communications and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Assist in organizing events, demonstrations, and stakeholder presentation
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and/or autonomous systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Familiarity with prototyping tools, CAD software, or maker technologies (3D printing, laser cutting, etc.)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R, or similar)
- Interest in design thinking, agile methodologies, or lean startup principles
