Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Update and maintain records in WMS or inventory tracking systems
- Help monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or damages
- Support coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams
- Assist in preparing delivery documents and basic reporting
- Observe and follow warehouse SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards (5S)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Assist supervisors with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding or interest in warehouse and logistics operations
- Willingness to learn and take on hands-on operational tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); exposure to WMS is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Physically fit to be in a warehouse environment
- Available for minimum internship duration (e.g. 36 months)
