Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and generalist functions. This internship is a valuable opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Support in conducting initial phone screenings or assessments
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with orientation activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Internship period: 3 to 6 months
  • Able to start on February 2026 preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
