About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and generalist functions. This internship is a valuable opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Support in conducting initial phone screenings or assessments
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers
- Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with orientation activities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Internship period: 3 to 6 months
- Able to start on February 2026 preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
