About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Recruitment & Onboarding team. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and HR operations in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in scheduling interview sessions and coordinating availability with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Follow up with hiring managers and candidates when necessary.
  • Support the preparation of offer letters, internship extensions, or shortening requests.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including preparation of onboarding documents, system entries, and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Assist in ensuring intern profile completion and submission through SSF (Shared Service Framework).
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure accuracy of employee records.

Project & Continuous Improvement

  • Support documentation and updating of Work Instructions for HR processes.
  • Assist the HR team on ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
