What you can expect We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of HR functions, making it an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR documentation, letters, and compliance-related tasks.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR team in policy implementation and internal communication.
- Participate in HR projects, research assignments, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
What you will bring
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6 months -8 months (able to start in September 2025)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
