Internship in Deployment Business Excellent Department (DBE)

Job Description

• Support 5S Training, Assessment and 5S related activities
• Coordinate 5S Bi-Monthly Self Dept audit
• Conduct 5S Dept audits by DBE and prepare audit schedule / timetable
• Designing Posters
• Update Reports in Power BI
• Support Workshops by preparing materials
• Act as a back up to support Idea Management reports and follow up with line leaders for submission
• Act as a back up to compile materials for internal communication
• Video editing and recording for internal publication.
• Stationary stock updates.
• Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Management / International Business / Communication
