Job Description For Biotechnology Position
Food/Product Development: You will play a pivotal role in developing new food products, including the analysis of product ingredients and their properties.
Project Management: Collaborate with our managing director on project management and the development of innovative products.
Specification Establishment: Create detailed specifications for new raw materials, processing parameters, process flow, and end-product standards.
Problem-Solving: Utilize your expertise to address challenges related to recipes, product quality, processing parameters, and various technical issues.
Documents: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all pertinent information related to new product development, product enhancements, food safety, and other relevant aspects.
