YOUR TASK
- Assist in monitoring and responding to helpdesk tickets.
- Provide support for workstation refreshment, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Gather data for service management reports from various sources and assist in compiling and analyzing service performance metrics to provide insights for management review.
- Assist in the design and creation of infographics to promote IT security awareness within the organization.

- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
- Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
